It is boring coming to work. There is long blocks of nothing to do

It was nice to sit down with everyone and talk and get to know them.

There are some non work perks. Also the hours are awesome love being off saturday and sunday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
First off no benefits at all. I am paid 11.5 an hour when corporate is paying more.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It is boring.. There isn't anything to do most of the time so you are just sitting there.
