good pay, variety of benefits, health benefits are kinda spendy but worth it if you or family have health issues
The better you are the more money you can make
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
First off no benefits at all. I am paid 11.5 an hour when corporate is paying more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Small tight knit office. good communication
There are some non work perks. Also the hours are awesome love being off saturday and sunday.

It is boring coming to work. There is long blocks of nothing to do

The process of phone interview, then in person at the office.
