Mr. B. L. Lim has been President of Bemis Asia Pacific at Bemis Company, Inc. since 2005. Mr. Lim joined Bemis through the Company's acquisition of Perfecseal in 1996. Mr. Lim has 20 years of employment with Bemis, he set up the Company's healthcare packaging facilities in Malaysia and China and was also involved in the Company's acquisitions of Mayor Packaging in 2011 and Foshan New Changsheng Plastics Films in 2013. Mr. Lim started his career in a public listed Sino-Japanese flexible packaging company in Malaysia prior to joining Bemis. He has served in numerous roles in R&D, Plant Management, Sales and Business Development. Mr. Lim holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master's of Business Administration Degree from the University of Malaya, Malaysia.
