Terrible company. Poorly run and managed. My guess, that's why Amcor seen the sale price and bought it - an then fired Bemis management.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It was much, much better about 10 years ago, but we switched from top tier insurance. I'm not sure what the executives were thinking, as it has gone down hill ever since.
I thought it was fair.
