Mr. Carlos Santa Cruz has been the President of Bemis Latin America at Bemis Company, Inc. since January 2016. Mr. Cruz joined Bemis Company in August 2015 as Vice President of Bemis Latin America. Prior to joining Bemis, he served as the President of PPG Industries in Latin America. Before PPG, he held various leadership positions with 3M in the United States, Latin America, Africa and Asia. Mr. Cruz received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Lima and his Post-Graduate Degree in Marketing from the ESAN School of Business. He has a Master's of Business Administration degree from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota (USA).
