What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good but could be better
There is a great company culture at Bendix and the leadership team represents it well with motivated and enthusiastic individuals.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good but could be better
I am compensated fairly for my work I do and get great benefits as well as a sufficient employer match in my 401k.
The company compensates me fairly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid a fairer wage for our positions as skilled operators
Being compensated at mid-range for my position would be appreciated. Currently I am only in the 20% range
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team keeps a great attitude throughout meetings and keeps the atmosphere light-hearted, while still getting necessary work accomplished in a timely fashion.
I feel my team effectively communicates and works well together
Collaboration within the department is strong.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company get-togethers are hosted regularly to build positive and strong relationships between co-workers.
The work environment is flexible; I feel as though I can accommodate my personal needs, in addition to my professional ones.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how there were multiple interviewers to get a wide perspective of the potential employees they plan to hire.
It was more like a conversation rather than an interview

What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers and the people who work around me keep a positive attitude and know how to pick each other up when someone is down.
I enjoy what I do at Bendix. The environment is fast paced and there is always something new to learn.
