My partners - they're so helpful, supportive and passionate. I feel the positive energy and empathy from them every time we meet.

They focus hard on passion, mission alignment and team orientation, looking for the long-term "right" fit versus just a bundle of skills and accomplishments.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything is generous & immediate. Everywhere else I've worked you had to wait for benefits to kick in or 401K matching to vest. Here it happens on day 1.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Transparency and mission. We know we're all here to change the system for the benefit of everyone, and that brings us closer together. It's motivating to know we're cleaning up the environment, empowering people to make sure their money does no harm, putting roofs over people's heads.
