The company states diversity and inclusion but if you review the staffing, the majority of people are Caucasian. There are under 7 people of color in an executive or leadership positions with the titles of VP or above. The CEO is not Kat Taylor but Randell Leach and he has limited experience if any.

It's been pretty great. Like all banks we have challenges and issues, but we're in it together and we're working for something greater than ourselves, so it's pretty motivating.
