What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They really isolate, overwork, & drain the employees. They're a task-based place & not an outcome base place. They constantly hold long & unnecessary meetings to simply hear themselves talk & to force input from the emoloyees- on things they will not put in place. It's a lose lose place to work for.
