What do you like best about the leadership team?
They engage with lesser emoloyees
My leadership team is amazing and I actually found out that the best part of the leadership team is that no one is out and there always in no matter what!

Communication, accountability, creating opportunities. Be there for employees.

There is nothing that stands out
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees joining from outside make $15-20k more in the same job comparing to internal hired
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of them are talented
There are too many meetings

Flexibility. Helping people, volunteering and community support.
Seeing people smile and making money for others and giving them out to people who really needs them

Get rid of employees who are not as good as acquired wmoloyees
