I really appreciate that our leadership team is approachable and supportive. They set a clear vision while also listening to new ideas, which makes it easy to feel heard and valued. I admire how they lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and encourage growth.
They encourage everyone to own their work and grow providing them with new experiences and challenges.
They are not bosses, they are mentors and cheerleaders.

Attentive, caring and encouraging. Amazing workplace culture!
They check in with you to see if you need anything, but we are autonomous and get to work independently. No micro management and support is always there if needed.
The leadership listens to us and processes our ideas. It is a true collaborative effort. Leadership views us as people first, employees second. BVM's "family first" guideline is not just a motto, it is truth.
