What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always very nice and direct
It's refreshing to work WITH and not FOR extremely intelligent and successful women. All 3 founders are extremely supportive and leaned in - they want us all to succeed together and flip the media world on it's side.
Everyone is so open to listening and including all ideas and opinions
i love that we all work together to create something bigger and we combine our creativity each time

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company definitely understands how to show appreciation and show people that they notice how hard they are working
The best part of our compensation is our flexible work from home policy over the summer.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always helping each other
Super collaborative, mix of backgrounds and perspectives.
everyone is very welcoming and supportive
Everyone is always creative and coming up with new ideas.
We all have different talents and different elements of creativity so I love being able to bounce ideas off of them

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are always helping each other
the positive and energetic atmosphere
Everything is fast paced but still has a casual vibe.
I love that we all work extremely hard but at the same time it is fairly laid back
The stress level is low and the attitude of employees is excellent.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to meet the senior leadership
how comfortable they made me feel
I had to create a video for my interview and I loved that I got to be creative right at the beginning to show them what I could do. I thought this was unique
The question and answer portion was a natural conversation. No trick questions.
I loved that the founders make an effort to interview everyone. It was great getting to know them from the start.

Being able to do what I love
my coworkers and the many opportunities to grow within the company
When our followers / listeners / fans get equally excited about something that we've created for them
Brainstorming meetings and creative input are always a blast.
I am at a place that is full of smart, empowered young people who are motivated to build an incredible brand, together.
