I am compensated fairly but beyond the salary I have equity in the company that is impacting mankind and our forests.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is accessible and really care about our mission and the employees here. They listen to ideas, feedback, and critique without being defensive..they truly want to make this the best place to work .
