Honestly, it's the most satisfying job I've ever had. I feel like that I'm doing something that matters, at a company that is genuinely changing an industry, and I like the people I work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
The office is fun, the work is rewarding and I think we're genuinely making a difference.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's my market rate (or slightly above) so while I'm not overpaid, I feel like the company is growing fast enough that I'm setting myself up for a big career success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate how they are honest about where we are as a company and where we'll need to hire on for help. I've never felt they've been anything other than honest, transparent and well-intentioned.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is always trying so hard to do right by our customers. I love that I'm at a job where everyone around me is trying to make the world a little bit better. It's addictive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really appreciate that everyone seems to be here for the right reasons. I haven't experienced any politics yet and everyone I work with is focused on building the best possible product and providing the best possible service for our customers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process is a little bit slower than I would have liked, but it was explained to me that it's thorough in order to maintain the great culture. I liked that I felt like I got to know the people I'd be working with.
