Equity package is very fair - I am financially motivated to have the company succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Candor, humility, and attitude. They are awesome people that I enjoy spending time with and trust personally and professionally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People genuinely enjoy being at work and with people from work. Just about everyone in the company works incredibly hard AND then chooses to socialize with people after work. or on the weekends.
What are some of the best things about your team?
How talented they are - across all levels and departments in the company, I see people who are excellent at what they do and are constantly learning how to be better. People read A LOT.
What did you like most about the interview process?
A lot of people give time to interview each candidate. We want to make sure that each person we hire is not just filling a box, but will be a value-add to our team dynamic and culture.
