The leadership team is very passionate about the mission of the company. I think that the execution is still a bit in flux
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's difficult to take a pay cut, while they continue to hire executive level people. It seems that the company could use more 'boots on the ground' than more executives to work on strategy
