  • What did you like most about the interview process?
    Opportunities to meet many stakeholders, though at this point I believe we have too many rounds of interviewing, even for low level jobs.
  • What makes you most happy at work?
    My coworkers are the best part, though in my nearly 4 years here I have seen far too many amazing people leave feeling hopeless.
  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
    Unlimited time off that is encouraged to be used.

  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    No 401K match. A drop in the bucket for WFH funds. Most of the newly brought it management does not care about employee success, growth, or morale.
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    Stop just hiring friends and connections and bring back people with a bit of heart and humanity.
