What did you like most about the interview process?Opportunities to meet many stakeholders, though at this point I believe we have too many rounds of interviewing, even for low level jobs.
What makes you most happy at work?My coworkers are the best part, though in my nearly 4 years here I have seen far too many amazing people leave feeling hopeless.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Unlimited time off that is encouraged to be used.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? No 401K match. A drop in the bucket for WFH funds. Most of the newly brought it management does not care about employee success, growth, or morale.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Stop just hiring friends and connections and bring back people with a bit of heart and humanity.
