What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Even though many of us are remote the company tries to do lots of activities to keep folks engaged. Our CEO and ELT are very upfront about the positives and negatives. We don't have meetings just to have meetings.

The support and psychological safety that our culture has curated is really powerful. I recommend BeyondTrust because of this.

We have a set of core values that reflect the principles that motivate us. When people are conscious of those goals, it helps to maintain that positive atmosphere.
