There is cohesiveness throughout the company, and everyone strives to work together in the most effective manner. We work hard to keep the culture a positive one.

Even though many of us are remote the company tries to do lots of activities to keep folks engaged. Our CEO and ELT are very upfront about the positives and negatives. We don't have meetings just to have meetings.
