She served as President of Light Industrial Division at LTN Staffing, LLC(doing business as BG Staffing, Inc) since May 2013. Ms. Garvey joined LTN Staffing in May 2013. She has been Chief Executive Officer of InStaff Personnel, LLC (formerly Instaff Holding Corp.) since November 2009. Ms. Garvey served as Chief Operating Officer of InStaff Personnel, LLC from 2003 to 2009 and its Director of Operations since 1999 and also its Vice President of Operations since 2000. She served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at InStaff Personnel, LLC from 2001 to 2003. In 1998, she began at InStaff as the Director of Human Resources. She serves on the Board of Directors for InStaff, Junior Achievement and the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Garvey worked in Human Resources at El Chico Corporation from 1990 to 1994 and Madix Store Fixtures from 1986 to 1989.
