What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great base pay with the opportunity of unlimited bonuses based on your performance
The ability to earn unlimited income
Lucrative bonus plans and profit sharing annually.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay should reflect the cost of living in my state, not compared to a state where the cost is substantially less to live and provide
I am not paid a livable wage. The fact that I had to even fight to be a FTE employee is ridiculous.
I want equal pay for men and women.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is We work separately
It's a true team of collaboration and they're helpful. They never want you to feel left out.
The willingness to share the best practices with others
Team support, coaching and friendship

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The sense of belonging and that you can call on anyone for help
The support and family disposition
It's like working at a well funded startup. Everyone is open to change and what is best for the client
The people here are great.
Everyone is relaxed. We are all friends.

Gave me a chance to sell myself to Leadership
Meeting so many people upfront
They are very thorough and fly you out to MN
I like the assessment portion of the interview process.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Move things along more quickly. It took me 4 months to get one position and even when I landed the position, I had to ask for an offer letter rather than just a vocal confirmation that I landed the job.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am given proper training to do my job correctly
Accomplishment and creative ideas that deliver results
I get to help companies inspire their people
My co-workers- they are fabulous.
