The hostile work environments in stores are unbearable causing turnover and the egos woth higher ups
Pay is not competitive with other businesses in the area.
Big 5 needs to pay more to stay viable as a company. Over working and underpaying is getting old. They need to close stores so they can profit from giant sales of one store being open. Having more stores doesn’t guarantee more employee
They pay very low wages. A wage closer to what the competition pays would be better.
Minimum wage is too low and Big 5 associates need to be compensated more
