They are a good company to work for in how employees are treated by upper management. However policy is not made for the best interest of the employee. They care about sales more than the mental and physical health of their employees. Overall not fun working there.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They pay very low wages. A wage closer to what the competition pays would be better.
