Treated like disposable meat and CONSTANTLY lied to by management

What can this brand most improve?

Listen to customers. Too many tournaments . Shouldn’t be more than one a month. Also when on timed game written comments hide next move. Have written several times and received canned useless response

Im a tier 15 almost tier 16 have spent close to $200,000 and the service i recieve being do called royalty to them is horrible. You act like these coins are made of gold and we spend astronomical amounts of money and dont win one real $ thats not loyalty to your loyal customers.
