HIRE TECH PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO FIX SO MANY PROBLEMS
They have gone downhill badly from when I signed on. There is no such thing as a human being to talk to. It takes days via text to try to solve a problem. And there are lots of them!
For multiple years I have had issues accessing the site and have not been able to get it addressed. They don't have a problem billing me.
Price increase is too high. Quality is dramatically less than it once was.
