What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We're all remote so there isn't really an office environment but my interactions with co-workers is uniformly positive.

BPBS is a small team and it feels like a family. Everyone is extremely supportive of one another.

Everyone at BPBS truly cares about and respects each other.

The relaxed atmosphere and lack of tension.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

always consistent, taking risk, not afraid, pray ritual

The culture is great. I wouldn't change anything.
