Andrea Voytko — Chief of Staff - Executive Office at Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

Ms. Andrea Voytko, Andy serves as Chief of Staff - Executive Office at Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Ms. Voytko provides critical senior staff support to the Chief Executive Officer and executive team, ensuring focus on key strategic priorities. She oversees executive office coordination of program strategies and grant making, cross-organizational processes, and communication with foundation trustees. She also serves as a foundation ambassador. Prior to joining the foundation in 2006, she served for 18 years in various roles with Group Health Cooperative. She served as the Executive Director of organizational strategic planning at Group Health Cooperative, and led the development of long-term strategy, short-term business planning, project implementation, and performance measurement. Ms. Voytko served as the Chief of Staff for Cheryl Scott, President and Chief Executive Officer of Group Health, and was a Key Partner and Advisor in the areas of strategic planning, organizational design and structure, leadership team effectiveness, and communications. She volunteers with Seattle Public Schools and is a Mentor in the University of Washington Master of Health Administration Program. Ms. Voytko received a Master of Health Administration degree from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration and Planning from the University of New Hampshire.
