I have spent many years in my department. There have been many changes in this department lately that just doesn't make sense.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Holiday pay and PTO hours.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working remotely. It is nice especially on cold days.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There needs to be better training and less mixing up positions.
