What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're very understanding & driven to be the standard.
Their in-depth knowledge of the industry is what sets this team apart from other leadership teams at similar organizations.
They have consisten communication, and its shows transparency and thoughtfulness.
They are approachable and collaborative.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The communication and transparency would need to improve.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k was good. Never used insurance but sounds great.
The commission pay outs are nice.
Competitive salary, good medical benefits.
Base salary is competitive and was a significant part of my decision to join the organization.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Changing the management and increasing pay
The value and amount of work does not match with the current compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everything because I work in a cancer center for bioreference. I do not see any bioreference employees RCCa makes me enjoy coming to work
I work at a cancer center. They are the best staff ever. I consider them more family the bioreference
The company is starting to value our contributions
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
None of the people in the lab know how to use the timers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has a diversity and inclusion program and an open door policy at all levels of the organization.
The overall environment is comfortable and inviting.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New managment nedds to be brought in asap

Transparency and an accurate description of my current responsibilities.
It was a very straight forward process
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Maybe actually interview people and if youre going to hire them make sure they are coherent. And maybe an age limit as well
What makes you most happy at work?
The new culture that is being formulated and is challenging the status quo.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Give raises out! Learn to value and appreciate good employees
People are eating at their desks and in the lab. They dont change gloves in between each test only when they get a positive. And they dont wipe the tables after eveey test
There is a sense of being freezed into your position in most cases
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
New management at port of miami. They ate very toxic
I'd like to see tuition reimbursement program.
