Maybe actually interview people and if youre going to hire them make sure they are coherent. And maybe an age limit as well

Give raises out! Learn to value and appreciate good employees
People are eating at their desks and in the lab. They dont change gloves in between each test only when they get a positive. And they dont wipe the tables after eveey test
There is a sense of being freezed into your position in most cases
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
New management at port of miami. They ate very toxic
I'd like to see tuition reimbursement program.
