Brenda S. Furlow J.D. — Senior VP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Bio-Techne

Ms. Brenda S. Furlow, J.D., has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Bio-Techne Corp. since August 4, 2014 and serves as its Secretary. Ms. Furlow served as Interim Corporate Secretary and Interim Vice President of TomoTherapy Incorporated from August 2008 till June, 2011 and also served as its Interim General Counsel from August 2008 to 2011. She is a legal executive with experience in several globally diverse technology businesses and has a broad understanding of the legal issues facing technology companies in today's complex legal environment. Ms. Furlow served as an Associate General Counsel of TomoTherapy Incorporated from May 2007 till June, 2011. For the nine years before joining TomoTherapy, she served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Promega Corporation from 1998 to 2007. She joined Promega in May 1998. Ms. Furlow has broad experience in a variety of legal areas, including intellectual property, technology licensing, employment, securities, international distribution and general corporate and contract law. Previously, Ms. Furlow held Positions with Credit Union National Association and Affiliates. She is a Member of the state bars in Illinois and Wisconsin. From 1987 to 1993, she Practiced Law with various Firms in Chicago, II. Ms. Furlow holds a Law Degree from University Of Chicago in 1987.
