They are all very EPIC

Stop sacrificing employees for shareholders. Stop the "bleeding" of talent leaving the company.

Dpeneds on your boss actually. My old boss lets us make up our hours unlike my new one
The stock options program is good compared to other companies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay equity must be enacted!
Stop the continued dilution of benifits. Tie CEO pay percentage increases to employee percentage increases. Stop telling employees they are lucky to have a job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very supportive of each other, knowledgable about science
They are innovative, creative and awesome to work with!
It's a good group of mostly new people on the team. Everyone works hard and is willing to go above and beyond to improve the team and it's processes.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Moral is low and because there is so much corporate bureaucratic red tape simple decisions take a long time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people that I work for.
I enjoy the immediate team I work with.
Making a difference in healthcare.
The product we manufacture are vital for cronic disease research. This gives us all a sense of purpose in spite of compny culture.
There is no positive from HR or upper management. The HR VP has likened workers to monkeys.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Mellow interview, no pressure, and relaxed environment.
A lot of time to talk to and meet the whole team
The energy of the people interviewing me ... I could feel they lived the EPIC values and there was a great culture
Quick and to the point. No surprises
It was a very two sided conversation.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I had 3 phone screens and 3 in person interviews. I expected the job to be highly competitive and professional. Found that not to be the case after I was hired.
What makes you most happy at work?
People I work with, great atmosphere, sense of achievement and being valued.

Im not micrnanaged by my boss.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't know. The business development department makes decisions that none of us really understand.
HR has been working with management for years but has been unable to produce any positive results. More attention needs to be placed on bad managers and less effort training managers on how to deal with problem employees. The reason there are so many problem employees is bad management
The company culture is a facade. There needs to be a recognition that workers are critical to the company's success and not just a drain on the quarterly profit reports.

More competitive base salaries across the board. More investment into infrastructure.
