The 3 phone screens, the 3 in person interviews and the test that is given to prospective employees. Total joke of an interview process.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I had 3 phone screens and 3 in person interviews. I expected the job to be highly competitive and professional. Found that not to be the case after I was hired.
