What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is very knowledgeable, and is open to letting me take on more responsibilities.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything needs improvement. Moral is down and no one wants to be there
Everything. Taking a course in leadership and management would be helpful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good 401k, and the pto and floating holidays are generous
Medical and dental insurance is sufficient
Benefits are 100% paid for

What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard together and also be miserable together. It's like a small family. It's the only thing that keeps me here.
My team members are always willing to share their knowledge and help make me a more effective part of the group

What makes you most happy at work?
The rare moments when I'm not treading water to stay afloat on the constant river of lab work and data entry.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company does not value their employees. All they see is how much revenue I make them.
