What do you like best about the leadership team?
Down to earth when it comes to employees
Good people, but high standards
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
From the India point of view only. It's like working in a factory. People are forced to work overtime. No work life balance. Impractical targets. Leadership does not believe in motivation. Good people are forced to leave and no one cares. Hiring the most inefficient talents. No freedom of speech.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In hand salary. . .

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People who have been working since a long time do not get paid the half of what a new person in the same designation gets

Companionship and team work always

Bonding helping knowledge transfer erc
People are only concerned about self and how to bring others down. Te culture does not exist

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to learn from other CROs. A motivated employee gives a more productive and quality work than those who are compelled to work only for revenues. Company is a ship without rudder.
