Medical Benefits are one of the best in the state. The amount of 401K matching is shocking.
Don't pay monthly premiums for health insurance, 9.5% company contribution to 401k, 4 weeks PTO +11 company-paid holidays/year, onsite gym and cafeteria, tuition reimbursement up to $8k/year, every-other-Friday-off work schedule.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some respect and honestly i liked my job just some of the people need to be changed out for new people
The insurance at BioFire is not as good as with other jobs. There is no stock option plan and the stock purchase plan is not great. The retirement benefits are minimal.
