Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some respect and honestly i liked my job just some of the people need to be changed out for new people
The insurance at BioFire is not as good as with other jobs. There is no stock option plan and the stock purchase plan is not great. The retirement benefits are minimal.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I dont have anything bad to say besides dont talk shit with the leads in spanish and then turn and speak to that person they may not speak it but they understand
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The employees treat it as if we are in a high school and not a work place and it ahould just be a work place no popular people also maybe hire some white people its mostly mexicans and chineese
