What do you like best about the leadership team?
Focused on their own goals.
Mostly open and transparent but as is with any leadership, must keep some info close to chest

Communicate strategy and vision and support implementation of programs which make BioMarin a community, not just a work place

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Full frontal lobotomy for the entire group
Keeping an eye on their middle managers and understanding realistic deadlines.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Solid pay packages and competitive with market.
Flexibility in my work schedule.
Base pay plus bonus based on company performance
Provide medical, but all corporations this size do that.
Stock bonuses on top of cash bonus

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Respecting the contributions of others and those who actually do the work.
They are the lowest quality ppl of the human species bc this company cant keep good ones and are hiring from the bottom of the barrel....LITERALLY FAST-FOOD workers, and not the good ones too. They are lazy and stupid, this wont change.
I do not think we need to improve anything we mesh very well and all have diverse backgrounds
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most people want to be inclusive.

Our company tries very hard to create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Its too late, toxic management put their venom into the workplace....its all over.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview process was forever ago. Panels seemed fair and representative of then future (now current) colleagues).
My interview was different from the normal process
A bit excessive, panel interviews occur, but hiring manager interview is the only feedback considered.

Poor management is whats wrong. Get rid of every single person in the management role and start anew with a talented workforce.
