Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Young and highly motivated leadership team. Make us feel like a family
they are very open to feedback and learning. In spite of the company being a start up the company does a good job driving towards its goals and keeping everyone aligned. I also love that the leadership team is dedicated to customers as well as their teams!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am fairly compensated and there are opportunities to win bonuses and make more
unlimited pto, very fair bonus structure
benefits, bonuses and ownership, I really believe in this business and what it offers and getting to own a piece of the company keeps me motivated.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stock options will never be worth anything. Salary is below-market.
What are some of the best things about your team?
smart and dedicated to the work

Amazingly talented people from all walks of life. Diverse perspectives and deep expertise.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most people leave within a year or two.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The management team works hard to have monthly check-ins which keeps us all excited and aligned and learning about each other. Not an easy thing with a fully remote workforce.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It would be helpful if the team were more open-minded, or had more diverse working experiences.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The energy of the interviewers. I could tell they were excited and motivated by the work the company does.
