What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is that it is competitive for the region.
The company provides a fair mix of cash and equity. The management tries to attract quality employees, rather than scraping the bottom of the barrel by being cheap.
Premiums for health insurance are covered for the employee! :-)

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very collaborative and efficient.
I like them as people first so it makes collaborating with them more enjoyable. Everyone is really smart, dedicated and working toward a common goal.
Meetings are almost always productive.
Bright group of individuals, committed and great team members ready to support everyone's efforts.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Improve project management and coordination. This has shown recent significant signs of improvement with the hiring of several key new employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all in it together and trying to accomplish the company goals ethically.
The company focuses on the important aspects of the projects and doesn't get caught up on process for the sake of process. Casual work attire.
It is based on a positive work environment, with focus on the future of our product and how we help society in solving key health concerns.

I got to meet several high level executives in the company during the interview process.
Questions are relevant to work. No dumb questions like "if you could be any animal, what would it be?"

The people are the thing that makes my work place a great place to be.
Feeling like I'm contributing to quality products that will make a difference in patients' lives.
We are striving to develop better solutions to treat very common skin conditions so at the end of the day it makes me feel good that we could ultimately help make the lives of so many patients better with our products.
