I like the people I work with. The manager is difficult.
An email will come from top and get forwarded through 2 mid mgmt people. Everyone jokes - we have no idea what they do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits and recognition as well as time off.
3 weeks Vacation - floating holidays.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Respect - do market compensation comparisons. We all talk about Credo but, when comes down to it - its all about the company. I’ve seen people break laws and get promoted - to be let go for made up reason
What did you like most about the interview process?
The person who interviewed me made me feel very relaxed and confident. She was very engaging.
You just need to be attractive - naive - hetero - & a reason to use the word “diversity”. - willing to say everything is AMAZI
