What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very open to hear ideas and suggestions.
The leadership team is always open to input, and change happens quickly.
Industry experienced, motivating, and approachable.
Open, honest, can admit fault, rolls up their sleeves and participates with everyone else as a team
They are focused on aligning all team members around their core product, Green Button Go

What is the best part about your compensation package?
100% Healthcare paid for employees, stock turned into cash, cash payouts for succesful performance of company, company is succesful so team members are compensated for that success
it pays the mortgage and bills
401k , Profit sharing , Health and dental benefits
Fair amount of vacation and work life balance
Salary, bonuses, and benefits are on par with what I expected

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is made up of top performers and they make work enjoyable.
Good People and highly experienced
They are smart, dedicated, passionate and loyal.
Small but we all have our own projects so our inter-team meetings are usually pretty business-oriented and don't meander
The way we all work together and the way we look out for each other

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How ideas are received and discussed.
Trust is an important factor when many of your employees are not local to the home office, and I believe Biosero trusts their employees
The fact that we are all working for the same goal and vision
Communication and transparency both about the good and challenging
Everyone is working so hard toward a common goal that comradery is natural. Everyone cares and is passionate about what we do and that makes the entire experience rewarding

A team approach to interview.
I met everyone in the company, even the CEO. There were great questions asked and everyone genuinely cared

Working with great people and meaningful work
Knowing that when I do my job it has an impact in the world. There is a comradarie among all the team members that is infectious
Accomplishing myriad goals at once without feeling overwhelmed
When a job is finished and seeing the customers face and the happiness and amazement that they have for what we have accomplished
