Biosev Company Overview

Biosev is one of the world's leaders in the sugarcane sector and the second largest Brazilian producer of renewable energy from biomass. Since April 2013, the company has had shares listed on the Novo Mercado of the BM&FBOVESPA. We operate integrally, participating in all stages of the value chain, from planting, harvesting and processing of sugarcane to storage, logistics and marketing of our wide range of products on the Brazilian and international markets. Check out some of our indicators:• 11 industrial units with high flexibility in production of sugar and ethanol, located in the main production areas of Brazil and strategically distributed in four regional areas;• Crushing capacity of 36.4 million tons of sugarcane per year;• 2.5 million tons of sugar;• 1.6 million m³ of ethanol;• 1,346 GWh/year of exportable electricity produced from biomass;• 340,000 hectares of agricultural land under management;• More than 90% mechanized harvesting, as well as 77% plantation and 100% cultivation;• More than 1,200 suppliers of sugarcane benefited from the Mais Cana Program*;• TEAG: joint venture in the Port Terminal located at the Port of Guaruja (TEAG), which ensures our capacity for storage and handling of sugar.
