Biote Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health Insurance, Dental, and Vision.

Review from Sales Dept

It's all great! I enjoy all of the benefits

Opportunity to be an equity stakeholder in the organization.

Review from Sales Dept

Lunch being catered is a huge plus. Furthermore, I know this isn't part of the compensation, but I'm really loving what we're doing with the new Wellness Wednesday initiative.

The new practice procedure bonus.

Review from Sales Dept

Free pellets, monthly nutras, stock options.

Review from Sales Dept

Base salary is fair but the commission/bonus structure is not fantastic. Cell phones for the field sales team should be 100% covered and the mileage reimbursement barely covers fuel.

Review from Sales Dept

Comparable salary, good bonus structure with company paid insurance.

I have a base salary but the commissions and the constant change in my territory is of concern.

Review from Sales Dept

Retirement match and stock option

Review from Sales Dept

Salary vs 1099 is great

Review from Sales Dept

The best part about my compensation package is the commission.

They provide a good wage for the work. They continually adapt and add benefits

Review from Sales Dept

Commissions paid monthly without growth cap

Review from Sales Dept

Fair, reasonable on time and flexible

Review from Sales Dept

BCBS, retirement fund, commissions, HSA

Review from Sales Dept

Complete coverage and bonus opportunities

Review from Finance Dept

3% safe Harbor distributions regardless if I pay in or not. Allowing to work remotely a couple times a week doesn't hurt either.

Review from Sales Dept

Company gives fairly good amount of PTO.

Review from Finance Dept

Free lunch and they do try to meet new salary guidelines

Review from Finance Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Higher base or higher commission structure

Review from Sales Dept

Did not get a raise for amount of work and bonus % is lower than peers

Review from Finance Dept

I had a good compensation until they have changed the territory and asked for raise and after working so hard they said no

Review from Sales Dept

Gas per mile is way below industry as is return for car devaluation

Review from Sales Dept

Been with the company over 4 years and had 1 raise. I know that others are paid higher than me in my same position. Power BI isnt correct in calculating bonuses. Mileage reimbursement does make a dent on what I spend in gas. Big push for nutras but not paid much. Should be bonus for keeping prac

Review from Sales Dept

Cost of living allowance might be the one thing to consider

Review from Sales Dept

A seasoned PDM salary is $85K per year.

Review from Sales Dept

Cuts with more work and less pay

Review from Sales Dept

Over worked and under paid. Increase salary and commision structure.

I think the healthcare coverage for a medical company is poor. I also think the Motus program is poor. Friends that work in the industry have a much better car benefit whether is be an actual company car or better mileage. I do feel like my salary is fair but look forward to growing it each year.

Review from Sales Dept

With the amount of work and effort that goes into all that we do we should get paid more in commission. Or get paid a higher base to weigh out the compensation. Also, it would be nice to have other ways of making commission (or a bonus)- New QBs to training.

Review from Sales Dept

The healthcare benefits could be better

I get paid less than the men on my team, but do more work and have a larger territory - more responsibility. And a Salary increase

Review from Sales Dept

Better comision rates for the sales rep, better car and gas reimbursement.

Review from Sales Dept

I think PDMs should be compensated for bringing on new accounts to their territorities. There are currently referral fees for employees who recruit new hires and physicians who refer other providers. PDMs should receive the same when their qualified leads get certified as new providers.

Review from Sales Dept

I have a lot of experience and i believe that I am not be utilized effectively. I am underpaid for my education and experience

Review from Finance Dept

The health benefits are much more expensive than I have had in my other roles and the number of PTO days / sick days are significantly less.

Review from Sales Dept

Increasing the salary and the ability to make commission. Support from Corporate to bring us more leads, increase car allowance, fuel reimbursement, increased PTO to reflect experience. I am not supported by my manager. The RM needs to be a better communicator.

Review from Sales Dept

I haven't gotten a raise or a written evaluation during my three years here. Even a cost of living raise; I live in a very expensive city. Truth be told I've had verbal evaluations with both Chris and LM but the evaluation that recently happened when I was diagnosed with Cancer and LM and I decided

Review from Sales Dept

Higher salary, better insurance package
