Couldn't ask for more. Bipsync works so hard to make sure everyone is treated fairly, advocated for, challenged (but not stressed) and feels part of the team. I can't imagine working anywhere better.

There's a true culture of trust. There's no egos and they let everyone play to their strengths. They genuinely care about each individual

Not unnecessarily strung out - just two stages. Communication about the company and the role is very clear. Was made to feel at ease.
