They respect my decisions and give me enough decision making ability to get things done

Leadership team seems to be aligned very consistently, and is capable of reigning in change when needed. They are fast and focused on the mission. Also leadership team is... cool. Like you kind of want to be friends with them because they're all cool.

They need to learn how to lead or all be fired

The support from the community and allowing my work to be done
Stock in a company that achieves a ridiculous amount of annual revenue. This will be a huge IPO.

We make less than the poverty line as an in house employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone helps each other out
They are such a diverse background, its empowering
Everyone is smart, driven, easy to work with, and above all: kind. It is extraordinary how nice people at this company are. There's still a handful of people who withhold information, but for the most part it is easy to talk to anyone about anything.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are overwhelmed and understaffed so stress levels are high - VP and exec team should stop giving themselves pay raises and actually staff the company correctly instead of underpaying current staff and expecting 80+ hours a week
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The growth and personal development
People are motivated and are prepared to work together. Bird is starting to build more corporate systems, but there is still plenty of opportunity to go above and beyond and drive impact on a team you'd love to be a part of.

What makes you most happy at work?
The people. It's hard to walk into the kitchen and not strike up a conversation or "hello" with a coworker. Everyone's always working on something interesting.
