Unlimited PTO and flexible schedule options
We have unlimited vacation time and are encouraged to take it. This is modeled by management who is vocal about their own time off, the benefits and encourages the entire team to do the same.

Everyone takes pride and ownership of their focus area while still being open to new ideas from other teams. It's very collaborative and you can trust your coworkers to deliver.

Our team and the company culture.
The ability to learn new skills and test new ideas.
My co-workers. I appreciate how we collaborate together. This is a growing company which means there are many competing priorities. You have to constantly prioritize & execute to not get overwhelmed.
