- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Only the representatives. We weren't even allowed to speak with anyone outside of our area. It's unheard of outside of Biskland, that a representative can't speak to an instructional designer or marketing rep.

- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Understanding the business and fixing the boys club mentality that exists andnis prevalent and uncomfortable. They don't have a pulse on the culture, only what they are told.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?STOP MICROMANAGING! Stop promoting those without interviewing all candidates. Stop treating people like trash, customers and employees. The company runs because of the representatives who love their jobs. And it isn't management they love, it's the students.
