It is competitive especially in blockchain.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management needs to trust their staff, and understand that people will do their work even if they don't live, eat and breathe Bitfury. (Yes, they told us to leave if we didn't. Two days before Christmas)
What are some of the best things about your team?
We were pretty separate from Corporate, so our local team was pretty good.
My team is hard-working, creative and works well even across remote zones.
