We all TRULY get along! That doesn't happen often in office environments.
We all work as a team, no office politics that restrict productivity.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Bizopia enjoys a very supportive, laid back atmosphere. Bouncing creatives off team members happens often.
Upper management is available at all times. Everyone is given the latitude to do their jobs properly and creativity is encouraged to make the company and services better.

What makes you most happy at work?
Accomplishing tasks involves teamwork at Bizopia. As a smaller company, we divide and conquer tasks so no one person takes all the heat. Everyone KNOWS that, so there's no use in getting stressed! AND...we don't waste time in meetings that accomplish nothing. That's enough to make EVERYONE happy!
I love the people I work with. More like a family than a job. No two days are the same, which helps to make everyday productive and educational.
